The Official San Francisco Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program

The Official San Francisco Marathon Training Program will begin on January 24th with the 26-week "Get Fit" Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program. The 18-week Program will begin on March 21st.

Attend an Info Session to Learn More:

  • November 11th Sports Basement in the Presidio at 7pm
  • January 6th: Sports Basement Potrero Hill at 7pm
  • January 7th: MetroSport Cow Hollow at 7pm

Programs include:

  • Programs are offered in San Francisco, East Bay and Online
  • USATF Certified Coaches and Experienced Pacers
  • Three workouts per week (a track workout, week day jog, and long run on Saturday, with optional Yoga included)
  • Optional Bootcamp Add-on
  • Great schwag: 2 tech running shirts (1 short sleeve, 1 long sleeve), Headsweats running cap, goody bag and race day hospitality
  • Seminars led by experts on nutrition, injury prevention, motivation and more
