What your Registration Fee Includes:
Cancellation PolicyWe adhere to the standard marathon running industry policy. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is noted on our registration application, and when you register for any of our events you must agree to this policy. You may not give or sell your number to another individual - if you do this could result in your disqualification as well as the runner who uses your race number. The entry fee for this year's event will NOT transfer to next year's event, no exceptions. This policies stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, pregnancy, etc. There are NO exceptions. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this page. In the event you cannot run the 2009 race at all, please enclose a written request with your cancellation and include your name, address, sex, and phone number. By cancelling your registration you won't receive a refund, but we will send you the 2009 race shirt after the race. We do not accept emailed cancellations. We must receive your written cancellation by Monday, July 13th. If your written cancellation is received after that date, we will not be able to process it. Please mail to:
Event Change RequestsRunners may request an event change based on event availability. There will be a $10.00 event change fee for any event change, plus any additional registration fees if you are switching to a more expensive event. All event change requests must be submitted via email, and event change requests will only be accepted until June 15th, or until our events sell out (whichever comes first). Even if you email us with your request, your event change is not guaranteed until we confirm with your new bib number. Click here to email us to request an event change. |
